I love that I'm constantly learning and being challenged. No matter what, I love how my ideas are valued and heard – at 3Play, you really feel like you're part of the company & you can directly see how your efforts are leading to the company's success.

The culture is generally quite open, and people are very friendly – they're just a ping away, always ready to help! One of my favorite company events is called "3Play Palooza," which encourages company collaboration across teams to collectively understand & tackle various challenges we face.

What I love about 3Play is the variety. Employees often work across departments on projects, and the variability of my job keeps things fresh and exciting.

What I enjoy most about 3Play is everyone’s desire to work together collaboratively to achieve the desired goal. Whether it be a marketing, product, or company culture objective, everyone comes together to share ideas and helps where needed.

As someone who is hard of hearing, my goal in joining 3Play was to help as many other folks as possible. When you know you're helping people by providing captions & representing a company with a premium product, it makes you proud to know you're part of a positive mission.
