My summer job was working at the Holiday Inn in Manchester, NH. I started out delivering room service and carrying luggage to rooms, then I moved to the banquet department for setting up events, and eventually worked the front desk where I handled reservations and check-ins.
Looking back, it was an amazing experience as it taught me lots of valuable lessons about customer service, effective communication, and how hard work and doing a good job helps open the door for additional responsibilities.
