Director, Regional Marketing
This person is responsible for developing and executing a regional marketing vision that enhances our brand, delivers on pipeline and revenue goals, and supports our sales and partner teams in North America. This role will use data and research to plan, optimize and scale marketing efforts to deliver predictable, consistent results. Additionally, this person will manage and mentor a team of Marketers aligned to the East, West and Central regions spanning both Commercial and Enterprise teams.
Responsibilities:
- Set the strategy for the North America regional marketing team to include the appropriate channel mix achieve pipeline goals and revenue growth; partner closely with cross-functional teams on objectives and themes to bring to market
- Create integrated marketing programs that span the buyers journey and address the needs of target buyers and influencers within our ICP
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand and Customer Marketing teams to ensure optimal orchestration and effectiveness of marketing programs and events
- Champion a data-driven and metrics-focused approach to events, ensuring that decisions are informed by data, insights and performance tracking
- Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of programs; adjust strategy and optimize program investments accordingly
- Understand each regions unique opportunities and challenges; work with and thru the field marketers to create & execute against plans
- Provide hands on coaching and management of the field team
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in B2B technology industry, preferably SaaS based
- 7+ years of experience driving demand at mid-sized and / or large organizations
- Experience with ABM platforms & working within a target account environment
- Exceptional, high integrity leader with 5+ years managing teams; hands on manager coaching a small but growing team
- Operational excellence; excelling in a fast-paced environment
- Always curious, challenging convention
- High EQ and ability to work well will others
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
