Job Description:
As the Principal Product Manager for Integrated Learning at Pluralsight, you will drive the vision and the execution of innovative learning solutions.
In this role, you will take a strategic approach to unify our diverse learning product offerings, focusing on enhancing user engagement and ensuring a cohesive learning experience across the platform. You will be delivering impactful features that align with our companys objectives while creating seamless points of interaction for our users.

What youll do:

Lead and own the product roadmap, aligning it with strategic goals to enhance user experiences and engagement.

Act as SME for other Product Managers, guiding brainstorming and problem-solving sessions to foster innovation in integrated learning solutions.

Mentor more junior PMs within the team to elevate their skillsets with industry best-practices

Build, prioritize, and refine requirements using discovery and data to drive your decisions

Collaborate closely with the full cross-functional team (e.g., business, marketing, product, design, engineering, data science, compliance, sales, and finance) for your line of business & initiatives, to help execute the strategic vision
Experience youll bring:

Experience in a 0-1 environment

Previous experience as a lead or mentor to junior and mid level product managers

Experience dealing with internal and external team members spread across the world
Requirements:
-
Experience as a Product Manager for SaaS or software products
-
Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams comprised of Engineers and Product Designers

Experience strategizing product direction with inputs like competitive analysis, VoC, business reviews and business goals

Experience collaborating with GTM teams and an understanding of their drivers for successful cross functional initiatives

Strong experience with any product management and development tooling e.g. JIRA, Trello, Pendo etc.

Requires a minimum of 12 years of related or equivalent experience; or 8+ years and an advanced degree.
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Non-Commission Roles-
The annual US base salary range for this role is $156,000 - $192,600 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidates compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
