Who We Are
Learning and development are at the core of who we are. We’re out to help every technologist build better, and we’re looking for curious, talented people to join us in advancing the world’s technology workforce. Our culture of autonomy, continuous learning, and collaboration creates an environment for growth and empowers us to drive impact through innovation.
What We Believe In
Learning & Upskilling
Whether you’re just starting out in your career or are further along, we believe there’s always room to learn. This is a place where you can hone your craft, build new skills and relationships, and grow not just professionally, but as a whole person.
Choosing Pluralsight isn't about choosing the status quo. It's about embracing continuous improvement—seizing every chance to learn and challenging yourself. If you're finally ready to fuel your career, you've found your place to thrive.
Autonomy & Impact
At Pluralsight, we hire great people, give them the autonomy to do what they do best, and empower them to own their outcomes. We create solutions that empower organizations to close skills gaps, drive innovation, and stay competitive. And to do that, we hire lifelong learners who seek out new knowledge and skills, practical dreamers who pair data with creativity, and adaptable optimists who thrive in a constantly evolving environment. (Bonus points if your resume includes “insatiable curiosity.”)
Here, we're not just about projects. We're about impactful work. We expect every team member to strive to make a difference. Your projects have the potential to influence our organization, the tech industry, and our customers’ success. It's this commitment to excellence that allows us to have autonomy over how we work.
People & Culture
Our culture flows from our commitment to building word-class solutions with a world-class global team. The drive to champion our customers gives us a common purpose as we collaborate across teams, functions, and the globe to move our mission forward.
We have each other’s backs, celebrate our wins, and inspire each other to bring our best every day. It’s pretty easy when we all believe in what we’re doing and that we need to work together to make it happen. Did we mention our team members consistently rank our people as one of their favorite things about working here? It’s right up there with our remote and hybrid work environment.

Our Culture Pillars
As Pluralsight evolves, our culture evolves with us. These culture pillars are our guidelines as we make crucial business decisions, collaborate with one another and resolve impasses. As we commit to these culture pillars, we commit to ourselves and each other to build a better future for Pluralsight and our customers.
We are customer obsessed.
We understand our customers’ needs, analyze market trends and competitors, and aim to exceed expectations to deliver exceptional value. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of our success.
We are aligned and focused.
We focus on quality execution of our strategic priorities, using our programs to stay coordinated and drive results. By setting aside lower-priority tasks, we ensure we follow through on our commitments.
We are always learning.
We continuously improve our operations, expertise, and customer impact. We learn by studying both inside and outside the company, reviewing KPIs and data, reflecting on past experiences, and respectfully challenging each other.
We are direct and respectful.
We provide honest, actionable, real-time feedback and hold each other accountable to deliver on our commitments in a constructive manner.
We strive to build and sustain diverse teams and foster a culture of belonging. Creating an inclusive environment where every team member feels welcome, appreciated, and heard gives us something to feel (really) good about.
Here you’ll do your best work with a team that values your perspective—a total win.
Equitable programs
We work hard to ensure our Total Rewards programs (bonus, merit, in-role promotions, and leader job reviews) are thoughtful, effective, and equitable while making sure we reward team members based on individual performance.
An internship with impact
Our Howard University internship brings diverse, talented, and ambitious Howard students to Utah for a 12-week paid internship that includes travel, housing, high-level projects, professional development opportunities, and weekend activities.
Safe spaces
What does belonging look like? It looks like sharing your perspective without worrying about bias; learning from mistakes and failing without fear; and feeling confident you were offered an opportunity based on what you bring, not how you identify. Our belonging check-ins and surveys foster continuous conversation that creates a safe space where you can do all that—and more.
Team-member led. Company championed.
Our employee-led Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are identity-based communities that build belonging through mentorship, allyship, education, events, and training. ERGs help us better support underrepresented groups and strengthen our sense of community. All ERGs are open to allies and have an executive team sponsor, budget, and goals that align with our D&B strategy.
- Pride@PS is an open and encompassing ERG that celebrates diversity, our different identities, and the intersectionality of the Pluralsight community. Pride@PS champions, advocates, and supports members of the LGBTQIA community with a focus on culture, education, and identity.
- seeColor empowers our commitment to build a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce for the BIPOC community. Members of seeColor create space for personal and professional development with a focus on amplifying voice, community, connection, and growth.
- Women@PS is working to #BreakTheBias—because representation matters. Women at the table means better decisions, products, and outcomes for everyone. Women@PS is democratizing women’s access to growth opportunities with a focus on mentoring, outreach, development, and events.
- Veterans@PS is a network of team members dedicated to connecting the experiences of veterans, families of veterans and allies of veterans to advance the world's tech workforce. Veterans@PS provides a platform for veterans to share their valued insights, and a place to share and grow diverse skill sets, including leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Enable@PS empowers disabled employees and their allies to create a more equitable world. By hosting educational events about accessibility and disability culture, creating a safe space for employees with disabilities to talk, and celebrating disability pride, Enable promotes a world where no one is left behind because of their ability status.
Commitment to community
We’re growing a more diverse workforce and creating a more inclusive community because we know it’s the best way to build better. We want a wealth of different backgrounds, thoughts, and experiences and our team members to feel safe and celebrated for who they are.
Q: What makes someone successful on your team?
A: “A successful individual brings their true self to work. Teams do not benefit from a group that contains like minded individuals from similar backgrounds. We learn so much from each other and about ourselves when we have a team with diverse ways of thinking and experiences. It also creates a healthy, challenging environment that befits the company.”
Q: What's the biggest problem your team is solving?
A: “The goal of a user profile is to provide a sense of identity in a personalized and centralized portfolio. Today, users provide this data in many different ways throughout the platform. Our greatest challenge is to build a unified profile with a centralized view of a user’s data to paint one clear picture of all their interactions in the platform.”
Q: What does career growth look like on your team?
A: "We embrace a mindset of continuous improvement and encourage team members to take ownership of their careers. As part of that, we advise leaders and team members to co-create development plans. Whether it be up-skilling, re-skilling, or expanding their influence we believe in investing skills development and facilitating growth experiences.”
Q: How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?
A: “Oh, it is incredible here. Pluralsight constantly reminds me how important I am to the company both personally and professionally. Pluralsight creates a space where I can work, grow, and connect with similar people in so many different parts of the world while still leaving enough room for me to focus and find joy in my personal life as well. ”
