Vestmark is seeking a talented and driven Projects & Planning Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in management consulting or a similar field, who is looking to transition into a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Projects & Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in managing our external partnerships, identifying and executing operational efficiency opportunities, and helping to provide a data-driven approach to growth across our suite of products.
Success in this role could pave the way for advancement into leadership positions within various departments of the company, including product management, finance, or strategy, depending on the applicants interest.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency:
- Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Build and execute efficiency opportunities using data-driven insights
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including Finance, Product, and Strategy, to drive operational excellence
Business Intelligence:
- Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze data and generate insights that drive strategic decision-making within the organization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
Vendor Partner Management:
- Analyze and manage external vendor contracts and spend to ensure alignment with business goals and budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with vendors.
- Track and report on vendor performance metrics to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and insights that can inform decision-making related to partner management
- Source and evaluate new partnership opportunities as our business needs change
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to influence to drive cross-functional success
