Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Engineer to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding, integration, and support of new clients onto our platform. The Implementation Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, provide expert guidance, and oversee the seamless integration of our product with their systems through custom configuration, data mapping, transformation, and retrieval. CoachEm Engineers are expected to work both independently and in team collaborative environments; following direction and providing support to their colleagues as tasks require.

Job Duties
- Engage with new clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, providing guidance and expertise on the best way to integrate our platform into their technical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and product development, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Write, test, and deploy custom code and configurations to integrate our platform with clients' systems, adhering to best practices for software development.
- Read and analyze logs and source code to troubleshoot issues and optimize integration processes.
- Query various databases to extract relevant data and support integration efforts.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure they are comfortable using the platform and maximizing its potential.
- Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during implementation, working closely with clients to address their concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor client progress and provide ongoing support as needed, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, capabilities, and best practices, and share this knowledge with both clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes and methodologies, incorporating lessons learned from each project.
- Attend, contribute to, and participate in regular project management and architecture meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in software development, implementation, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in [relevant programming languages, e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#]. C# experience is preferred.
- Experience with software integration, API concepts (REST and GraphQL), and database querying (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) with a strong understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and address challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with CRM’s and SaaS based software a plus.
