WHAT WE CALL THIS ROLE: Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Analyst
WHAT YOULL DO: The Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting day to day activities ranging from identity life cycle management (joiner, mover and leaver), access management and access reviews, automation of processes and help build centralized Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, by leveraging key technologies and IAM best practices. This role reports to the Head of Identity and Access Management & IT Infrastructure Services and plays a pivotal role in the success of the Duck Creek Information Security Strategy.
As a Senior IAM (Identity and Access Management) Operations Analyst, your key responsibilities would involve managing and maintaining access controls within an organization's IT environment. This typically includes:

Overseeing and enforcing policies related to user access, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations

Managing the entire lifecycle of user identities, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring timely provisioning and de-provisioning
-
Granting and revoking access rights based on job roles, responsibilities, and changes in personnel
-
Conducting regular audits to identify and address security vulnerabilities, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies
-
Responding to security incidents related to identity and access, investigating breaches, and implementing corrective actions
-
Implementing and managing systems for secure user authentication and authorization processes
-
Ensuring that security policies related to access and identity are consistently applied and enforced
-
Collaborating with other IT teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with identity and access management, and implementing measures to enhance overall security
-
Maintaining documentation of IAM processes and activities, and generating reports for management and audit purposes
-
Providing training and awareness programs to users and other IT staff regarding best practices in identity and access management
-
Experience with IAM in both Cloud- and Hybrid-model environments
-
Understanding of Cloud Security frameworks and responsibilities
-
Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools (Okta experience highly preferred, or CyberArk and Delinea)

Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues
-
Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and efficiency
-
Coach other members of the organization on the best practices that should be followed in identity and access management
-
Stay up-to-date on current IAM threats and industry solutions
WHAT YOUVE DONE:
-
Degree preferred or equivalent years of practical job experience in a similar function or role
-
4+ years of hands-on experience with an IAM governance platform with Okta, CyberArk, or Delinea (Okta Experience highly preferred) in an enterprise environment for both workforce and customers; 4+ years of experience with administration and operating SSO, MFA, Automation, Provisioning, de-Provisioning processes

Demonstrate extensive understanding of IAM concepts such as directory services, SSO, federation, MFA, provisioning, access re-certification, role-based access control (RBAC) and separation of duties (SOD)

Identity management / Identity governance and administration (IGA) technologies
-
Web Access Management (WAM) technologies
-
Hands-on working experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure B2C, O-365 and Cloud Infrastructures
-
Experience or familiarity with information security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and SOC2
-
Prior experience implementing an IGA tool and integration with an HRIS system
-
Must be able to incorporate various critical third-party applications onto the platform for entitlement reviews as well as for user provisioning and de-provisioning
-
Relevant information security or IAM certifications is a plus
