The game mechanics that underpin every Attensi solution are based on behavioural change and learning and built with repetition in mind. What’s your company’s current working environment for employees
Attensi’s Boston team operates in a hybrid work environment to support and ignite collaboration. The team goes into the 200 Portland Street office (right across North Station) on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week.
At Attensi we collaborate closely both within and across teams, and shy away from siloes and hierarchy. Attensi has an energetic and social working environment. We work hard, but also have a lot of fun.
We have a variety of regular social activities, events, and groups in our Boston office, such as Attensi-days, going to local sporting events, team lunches, after-work drinks, book club, a Dungeons & Dragons group, charitable events, or even getting a team together to run a road race! These are some of the ways in which we ensure we not only work together, but also play together and connect as a team.
Are there any fun facts about the company?
We have a learning-by-doing environment, so we get to use our own product for onboarding and training!
Annually, we travel to our homebase in Oslo, Norway to connect as one unified team. During this trip, we have the unique opportunity to participate in a massive relay race called Holmenkollstafetten where we organize a few teams to run the relay, or cheer from the sidelines!
