Job Description
At Nexthink, a leader in digital employee experience software, we're seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to provide support and assistance to our SVP, General Counsel and other members of the legal department on legal administrative matters.
This is an entry-level position and may be of interest to highly-motivated candidates who are considering law school.

Responsibilities (under the guidance of legal counsel):
- Manage and complete administrative tasks (e.g. signature pages, visitor badges, meeting planning, calendaring) with attention to detail;
- Preparation of filings related to entity management, maintaining corporate files and related recordkeeping, including maintenance of legal and corporate entity calendar;
- Drafting stockholder meeting notices, assisting with Board meeting preparation, including preparation of slides and shell-documents;
- Drafting simple forms and correspondence;
- Corresponding with senior executives at the direction of legal counsel;
- Working closely with G&A functions to support corporate reporting and compliance requirements;
- Project management of legal department initiatives, as necessary;
- Supporting internal legal processes and other tasks that may arise;
- Supporting the Legal Departments cross functional relationships, including relationships with Sales and Finance and related matter management tasks;
- Support or implementation of technical legal tools/contract management systems and/or aspects of M&A activity; and
- Evaluate and implement new technology solutions, or maintain current technology solutions, to support commercial contracting processes, contract management, etc.

- 0-3 years experience in Corporate Enviornment

Base salary ranges are determined by country, role, level, experience, and skills.
