What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
- Immerse yourself in R&D operations and understand delivery enablement.
- Learn our product development and change control processes.
- Build internal network of Arcadians successful to project delivery.
- Pick up first program for delivery.
In 6 months
- Build a roadmap that balances, compliance goals, R&D initiatives and agile transformations.
- Present Roadmap to stakeholders and refine it based on feedback.
- Engage with R&D teams to understand their workflows, challenges, and success metrics.
In 12 months
- Deploy programs to continuously improve team delivery independently.
- Scale successful delivery practices and processes to teams.
- Establish communities to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate amongst initiative owners to ensure each has a clear vision, outlined goals, and defined success metrics.
- Collaborate with initiative owners to host meetings that ensure initiative milestones are met.
- Organizing people around project deliverables to ensure clear communication and steps.
