Job Brief
The People Operations Associate is a seasoned professional responsible for leading key HR processes, utilizing complex HR systems, and supporting broader HR initiatives. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of HR services while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, policies, and systems.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Utilize the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate employee data and reporting.
- Lead process improvement efforts across the HR lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, offboarding).
- Maintain data integrity in HR systems, performing regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Administer complex employee transactions including promotions, transfers, salary changes, and terminations.
- Acting as a support system for benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Act as a key point of contact for escalated HR operational issues, providing solutions and resolving problems efficiently.
- Maintain HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and best practices, and support annual audits as needed.
- Monitoring HR metrics such as turnover, time to hire, and employee satisfaction, suggesting improvements where needed.
- Assist in the development and roll-out of new HR initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation across all levels of the organization.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field
- Advanced understanding of HR processes and employment law. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Extensive experience with HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors), strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information and resolve conflicts.
- PHR, SPHR, or other HR-related certifications preferred.
