Bamboo Health's interview process
Any candidate with Bamboo Health can expect to go through a similar interview process if selected to move forward, there'll be about a 20 to 30 minute phone interview with me or someone else on the talent acquisition team. After that a video interview with the hiring manager followed by a panel interview with four to five of the team members and stakeholders that you'd work closely with, after these three interviews with our best to decide on a potential offer. But there could be a fourth interview for select positions and for leadership roles.
How to stand out during the interview process
I'd say read the job description in full, we spent a lot of time focusing on our job descriptions so that we accurately portray what we're looking for in an ideal candidate. So if you want to stand out, it's important to make sure that your background and experience is relevant to the role, but it's equally important to reflect your background and experience accurately in your resume. While you never want to embellish your accomplishments is always a good idea to make sure you are highlighting your experience that is most applicable to the position. I couldn't tell you the number of applications I received from candidates for growth director title position, we have a marketing background. And at Bamboo Health, the growth director title is an enterprise level sales focus position probably wouldn't be the best fit for a marketer.
