Seated at the intersection of strategic planning and operations, the VIP Strategy & Operation team fuels the VIP sales force with data-driven insights and seamless processes, raising the stakes of success across the VIP organization. You will report into the Manager of VIP Strategy & Operations to develop, craft, and present impactful business strategies.
What you'll do as an Assistant Manager, Strategy & Operations

Build our roadmap for success across player development and VIP acquisition while aligning VIP tactics with company-level goals.

Develop and implement a KPI-based approach to decision making across VIP groups.

Simplify and distill the operating status of the teams performance into concise summaries for leaders across DraftKings.

Identify gaps and optimization opportunities to inject more efficiency into the VIP organization.

Provide support in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
What you'll bring

Bachelors degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of experience in Consulting, Operations, Business Development or Sales Operations.

Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and navigate constantly evolving business environments.

Ability to understand opportunity cost to strategize with leaders on decisions with an ROI driven mentality.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business challenges.

Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake.

Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,640.00 - $126,960.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
