- Classroom technology support, including the successful launch of events and class sessions
- Assisting faculty with troubleshooting AV issues
- Routine maintenance of Printers and Print Workstations
- Assisting staff with setup and support of campus events
- Working with FreshService CRM to provide technical assistance to fellow students, staff, and faculty
- Instructing your peers on Hult academic applications (MyCourses, Office365) and 3rdparty academic software
- Collaborate with the Campus Technology Manager on improvement projects
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac OSX platforms
- Ability to install software & problem solve on said platforms
- Basic knowledge of Dell, Lenovo and Apple hardware (ie: upgrading RAM, replacing hard drives etc.)
- Exceptional customer service skills, both over email and in person
- Business application support, including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Company Portal, etc.
- Printer setup, installation, and management
- Proficiency in handling virus and malware removal
- Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft O365 and SharePoint.
- Experience troubleshooting mobile devices
- Knowledge of Active Directory, User Management, & Group Policy
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365 Admin
