The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Description
The Small Commercial Package & Specialty Program Delivery team is looking for a Consultant of Product Analysis in Libertys US Retail Markets (USRM) organization. In Program Delivery we take the newest products and pricing models and implement them accurately and efficiently into state markets. This position offers a high-visibility opportunity to be a direct and key contributor to USRM US profit and growth goals and help shape current and future pricing programs.

In this role, you can expect to:
- Take ownership of product designs and state implementations, as our analysts autonomously own and execute implementations of new pricing programs for Small Commercial Package and Specialty products: Property, Liability, Business Owners Package, Inland Marine, and Farm.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be proficient with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint and data analysis software (ex. SAS or SQL).
- Have experience with project management and/or product delivery.
- Exhibit planning, organizational, process, analytical, cost-benefit, collaboration, decision-making, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Have a background in National or Small Commercial insurance products.
- Be proactive, autonomous and willing to influence others.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information management, economics, or other quantitative field. Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years, typically 6 years or more of relevant work experience.
- Knowledgeable in data query languages and tools; proficient in new and emerging technologies; may possess data modeling skills.
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of data concepts, strategies, and methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of data architectures, solutions and designs; extensive knowledge of business operations, strategies and objectives.
- Highly developed negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills.
