As an Executive Assistant supporting multiple high-level leaders, you will play a critical role in enhancing the productivity and impact of our leadership teamour secret weapon to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional executive support, possess strong attention to detail, be skilled at anticipating and proactively addressing the needs of our executives, and have a passion for bringing people together.
What youll do:
- Calendar Strategy: Time is precious, especially for our leaders with competing demands. You'll collaborate with them to identify priorities and effectively plan and manage their schedules
- Communication Management: Act as a gatekeeper for leaders by managing and prioritizing their communications. Proactively schedule calls and tasks from emails, ensuring alignment with the calendar strategy
- Meeting Preparation: Ensure leaders have all required materials and documents readily available, keeping them well-informed and prepared for every engagement
- Provide leaders with timely reminders and help prioritize the document reviews they need to complete
- Information Management: Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion. Organize and manage files, records, and documentation for leaders while ensuring accessibility for the company as needed
- Operational Support: Support special projects and initiatives assigned by the senior leader, including tasks such as research, analysis, and preparing presentations
- Travel Coordination: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics, with a focus on time efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Meeting Management: Serve as the coordinator for large department-wide meetings (e.g., All Hands), taking clear and comprehensive notes and tracking action items to ensure they are communicated to the appropriate individuals.

- 5+ years of experience providing executive support to high-level laders
- Experience with Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, etc) preferred
