As Outbound Marketing Manager, you will lead our outbound marketing efforts and support customer acquisition for Tripleseat products. In this role, you will execute marketing campaigns that attract and convert leads, enhance brand awareness, and increase market penetration.
Location: This position is open to remote candidates eligible to work in the United States. A hybrid work schedule will be offered if the ideal candidate is near our Concord, MA, office.
Travel Expectations: If the ideal candidate is located outside the Concord, MA area, they will be required to complete initial onboarding at our Concord, MA office, followed by quarterly in-office visits and travel for company events.
Core Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution

Develop, manage, and execute outbound marketing strategies and campaigns, including email marketing to new prospects, drip/nurture campaigns, ABM, direct mail, and partnership with Business Development.

In partnership with our Integrated Marketing Team, deploy compelling messaging and creative assets for multi-channel campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, integrated marketing, content, and design) to ensure outbound messaging aligns with overall brand strategy and business goals.

Optimize campaign performance by testing and refining tactics based on data-driven insights.
Lead Generation & Nurturing

Execute lead generation campaigns designed to drive high-quality leads to the sales pipeline.

Develop nurture programs to engage and convert prospects at different stages of the buyer’s journey.

Implement marketing automation tools to segment audiences and deliver personalized outreach at scale.
Content & Messaging Development:

Work with content creators and designers to deploy assets such as whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and email content that support outbound campaigns.

Ensure consistent and clear communication across all outbound channels with messaging highlighting product value and differentiators.
Market Research & Audience Targeting:

Conduct market research to identify key audience segments, understand competitive landscapes, and uncover new marketing opportunities.

Use customer data, market insights, and analytics to refine targeting criteria and improve outbound effectiveness.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Set KPIs for outbound campaigns, track performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates), and regularly report to stakeholders.

Analyze campaign performance and use insights to recommend improvements or adjustments to future efforts.

Manage budgets for outbound campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources and achieving a positive ROI.
Collaboration with Sales:

Work closely with the sales team to align outbound marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring seamless lead handoff and follow-up.

Create sales enablement materials (pitch decks, call scripts, and product brochures) to support outbound sales efforts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Outbound Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of outbound marketing tactics, including email marketing, cold outreach, and paid advertising.

Communication and Copywriting Skills: Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft persuasive marketing messages.

Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret data to optimize campaign performance.

Project Management Abilities: Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Technical Proficiency: Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Values Alignment: A customer-focused attitude and the ability to build rapport across teams.
Preferred Experience:

Relevant Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in outbound marketing, demand generation, or similar roles, preferably in the software or technology industry.

Proven Campaign Success: Proven track record of planning and executing successful lead generation campaigns.

B2B and SaaS Expertise: Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in SaaS (Software as a Service) or enterprise software environments.

SEO/SEM Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices.

Marketing Experimentation Experience: Familiarity with A/B testing and marketing experimentation.
