What you will do in a Product Manager role at Kyruus Health:

• Youll work very closely with multiple engineering teams and design counterparts, both onshore and offshore, to ideate, solution, define, and execute on new product features that solve real customer needs. 
• Youll work with our Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to engage with customers on their strategic objectives and pain points to test and refine solution ideas.
• Youll define the why and the what of product decisions, ultimately contributing to the overall Health Systems Search and Schedule product roadmap each quarter. Youll then work with the Agile team to define the how of the product.
• Youll lead effective brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders on our products. Youll translate ideas into Epics and break them down into Stories. 
• Youll direct the development of go-to-market content for new product features that can be tailored to multiple different audiences.
• Youll partner with Analytics to define and analyze metrics to inform investment decisions, assess the success of experiments, and measure the overall value being delivered.
• Your typical day will include defining and writing epics and stories for product initiative gathering user and customer feedback, collaborating with stakeholders, and working with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to communicate and measure the impact for your product areas. Youll work with your Agile team and your manager to quarterback customer discovery, validation, and creation efforts.
• Youll assess key business partnerships and contribute to build v. partner v. buy decisions.
• Youll write acceptance criteria and refine requirements based on the Epics. Youll contribute to release notes and presentations on your product areas. 
• Youll support Sales and existing customer conversations, and be comfortable steering conversations with particularly large and influential VIP customers within our book  business. Youll assist Delivery with conducting training on new products and gathering feedback. 
• Youll report to the Head of Care Access User Interfaces in the Care Access Applications Product team.

Compensation Information:

• Base Pay Range: $123,000 - $150,000/year
• Other Compensation: In addition to your salary, this position is also eligible for our annual bonus program, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are a guideline and pay is based on a variety of factors including; qualifications, competencies, skill-set, and organizational needs.
