CMT is looking for a collaborative, customer-committed, and creative IoT team member who wants to join us in making roads safer by making drivers better!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor supply chain planning practices to ensure adequate inventory is arriving at the right place at the right time.
- Collaborate with field partners, distribution centers, project/program managers, and any other necessary functions of the business to align processes & expectations.
- Understand supply and demand trends to develop improvement recommendations.
- Audit master data respective to material movement, availability, quantities, orders, and deliveries.
- Prepare/deliver reliable performance reports and create performance improvement plans for our business partners as needed.
- Drive adherence and efficiency in all aspects of Supply Chain.
- Complete any additional tasks that may arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification
- 4+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent
- Proven experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or Logistics
- Detail oriented, analytical, problem solver, with critical thinking and continuous improvement skills
- Thorough understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Planning
