Advisor360s Visual Designer I, as a member of our Marketing team, you will design and present a variety of creative assets ranging from concept development to production in service of our company messaging, products and initiatives. You will work closely with designers and copywriters to develop deliverables across social, advertising, web, print and digital campaigns and assist in creating graphics and designs that support the Advisor360 story.
The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet and problem-solve in collaboration with teammates. They will be able to work both independently and collaboratively across projects while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Heres What Youll Do:
Marketing Collateral:
- Develop stand-out designs and creative assets for social posts and digital ads that maintain brand standards and help us communicate our uniqueness.
- Create storyboards and play a leading role in producing product and messaging videos.
- Design sales presentations and whitepapers using branded templates.
- Contribute design enhancements to the public website to create an engaging user experience.
- Build illustrations and icons; edit photos to add brand elements or embed product UI.
Brand Adherence:
- Utilize branded templates for internal design requests, including tear sheets, business cards and branded swag.
- Ensure that brand guidelines are followed across all internal and external projects.
Collaboration:
- Work directly with copywriters, project managers and senior designer to ensure projects are meeting requirements and deadlines.
- Actively seek and incorporate feedback from manager, senior designer, internal subject-matter experts and stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table:
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design, art, advertising or equivalent
- A strong portfolio that reflects examples of layout design and typography
- Solid understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
- Experience using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to collaborate with visual designers, copywriters, and developers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively with executive leaders and subject-matter experts
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic
- Strong organizational skills
