About mabl and what they do
Thinking about what we do. At mabl, we are a test, we're building the test automation platform that empowers quality engineers to deliver kind of higher outcome to the business through customer experience. You know, and the reason why this is exciting is because if you look at kind of the traditional software development, and specifically in the tasting testing area, this space hasn't seen a lot of innovation in the past 20 years. And in certainly, you know, as the modern DevOps kind of became more of a standard, the quality engineering didn't see a lot of innovation, they didn't see a lot of attention. And we at mabl are poised to disrupt that and deliver innovation into quality engineering, using machine learning using the modern SAS technology, and ultimately delivering the modern technology to quality testers that they deserve.
Gevorg's background prior to joining mabl
My background, I come with engineering background, I started my career as an engineer. And, you know, as I was going through my career, I developed a lot of passion about empowering people to solve their problems with technology, no matter what's their technical aptitude. So then I realized that I can make that impact I can, I can kind of invest in my passion to product management. And if you look from my engineering background to transitioning into product management background and spending the past decade in product management, I spent all of that time focusing on technologies that are no code, low code, they're all empowering people with less technical aptitude, to participate in technology economy and solve their business problems. And in the past five years, you know, I spent time at QuickBase, which is market leading no code, low code application development platform, where again, we just empower people that don't have technical background and strong technical aptitude to solve technology problems. Using the platform that I was working on.
Why Gevorg decided to join mabl
The first and foremost is alignment mabl's alignment with my own purpose, my own passion, because mabl is all about empowering people through local technology, empowering people that that historically been manual testers, and they want to get automation into automation, they want to deliver higher value to organization. So it felt like very much aligned with my passion and my purpose in terms of democratizing technology. That's number one. And then number two, the opportunity ahead of us in terms of like, really disrupting the space that hasn't seen much innovation for the past like 15 years, through our technology, our innovation to machine intelligence. I think there was no there was super exciting for me and part of the journey.
Details on mabl's product team
Currently, we have three product managers in the team, working across multiple engineering teams, we have about like six, seven engineering teams, and in the organization, the day of a product manager go from the research and discovery of new product ideas and innovations to delivering the product capabilities that our engineers worked on into market and everything in between, right so you can think of from research to ideation to planning to execution to go to market training, and ultimately in market analysis of, of our capabilities and the value we deliver.
What to expect during the interview process
So we have a very funny interview process. I think making sure that it that it's fun and engaging is important to us, because that's how people learn about us, mabl and our culture. So there are two stages in the interview. The first stage will be discussion with the hiring manager, understanding the role understanding the company understanding, you know, whether there's, there's a feat and then the second stage is meeting the team there primarily for kind of agendas or for topics that people discuss with our teams. That's our culture that's about product management, competency and product management craft. That's partnership with our engineering peers and partners. And then last but not least, is the partnership with go to market and marketing team. So those are the four and then we very quickly Make a decision and onboard new talent to our organization.

it's an environment with incredible amount of drive. Like you walk into the room and you see the drive and the passion and the energy in people in their eyes and in their kind of aspiration to make an impact. And it's a very supporting culture as well, like people really help each other, they work with each other. We are growing not only we're growing at mabl, but our market is growing. The quality engineer engineering is growing in terms of importance. This is the best time to join mabl because we already established strong product market fit we already established a strong interest in the market. We already have significant amount of funding closed. And we are right now looking into really disrupting the space to our innovation. So if someone is excited about you know joining the company that is innovating and that is disrupting the market and that is kind of positioned to be the market leader.
