The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will support our Upmarket (Enterprise/Strategic) Account Management team as part of a global revenue enablement team. This role drives sales success through effective training, content creation, and strategic initiatives. We seek a proactive, solutions-oriented professional with strong sales and enablement experience. The ideal candidate excels at developing personalized, scalable learning experiences that foster growth and customer success.
This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of three days per week from our office in Vancouver, WA.
What Youll Do:
- Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs for the Upmarket Account Management team, utilizing various mediums including classroom training, online/on-demand tutorials, certifications, and videos
- Facilitate engaging training sessions for large groups, while analyzing team needs with stakeholders to create specialized content that enhances account managers' skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement efforts with business objectives, product updates, and sales processes, leading initiatives to improve overall effectiveness
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement, develop targeted enablement strategies, and create actionable insights
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement, incorporating new methodologies to continuously improve training programs and sales processes
What You Bring:
- 6+ years combined experience in a Sales Enablement role and experience in quota carrying role - preferably selling to Enterprise customers
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and collaborate effectively across functions
- Robust project management capabilities, demonstrating high adaptability and efficiency in handling multiple competing priorities, quick deadlines, and constant change
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent knowledge of sales technologies, processes, and best practices. Preference given to candidates with knowledge/previous experience with tools like Salesforce, Allego, and Seismic
- Proven expertise in training best practices and experience delivering training through various methods, to large groups at one time (online, in-person, etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, combining the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
The US base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
